Payment Policy

All purchases of services or courses must be completed through our online payment gateway. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the details supplied are correct.

Aakash Singhvi & Company does not store your credit card, debit card, or net banking details. Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway, and Aakash Singhvi & Company shall not be held liable for any misuse of payment details by such third parties.

You agree not to stop or dispute any credit/debit card payment once it has been initiated. Any expenses incurred by Aakash Singhvi & Company as a result of a disputed payment in breach of this clause will be borne by you.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our services and course materials — which are delivered digitally or physically upon purchase — cancellations are generally not accepted once an order is placed.

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances only:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.
  • The product or service delivered does not match its described features and the issue is reported within 5 working days of payment.
  • There is a demonstrable delay in serviceability where time was of the essence, through no fault of the customer.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@aakashsinghvi.com within 5 working days from the date of payment, using the same email address registered with us. Requests made using a different email address will not be entertained.

The grant of any refund is at the sole discretion of Aakash Singhvi & Company. Any refund approved will be subject to verification of payment and will be net of applicable taxes and payment gateway charges. Requesting a refund terminates your right to use the related service or course material.

Limitation of Liability

Any claim against Aakash Singhvi & Company shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the relevant product or service. Aakash Singhvi & Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary loss or damages arising from the use of our resources, data loss, service interruption, or downtime, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
